No two clients are the same, so we don't apply a one-size-fits-all charge. What you pay depends on the service you need and the complexity of your circumstances. A straightforward piece of work costs less than one that draws together your pensions, investments, protection and tax planning into a single coordinated strategy. We'll always tailor both the service and the fee to what's actually in front of us.
No Surprises, Ever
Before we carry out any work, we'll explain exactly what you'll pay and why, and agree it with you in writing. You'll never receive a bill you weren't expecting, and you're never committed to anything until you've had the chance to understand the cost and decide it's right for you.
Independent, And On Your Side
Because we're genuinely independent, our advice isn't influenced by product providers or sales targets. The recommendations we make are the ones we believe are right for you, and our fees are simply the cost of that expertise and the ongoing service behind it.

Depending on the type of advice, our fees may be paid directly by you, or deducted from a product or investment where that's the most suitable route. Whichever applies, we'll always make the amount, the method and the timing clear before you commit.
